"Haste, love's light messenger and prove,
My passion for the pouth I love,
Show him how fondly beats my heart,
Till his with mine shall bear a part;
Tell how the tender amorous dove,
Gives emblems how we ought to love?
Happy as he is with his mate,
May we be in the wedded state."
